In the event of inclement weather, ORANGE EASEL will not follow the local schools in determining cancellations.
Class cancellations will be made on an hour-by-hour basis.
If at all possible, we will remain open during winter weather. We advise our staff and our families and our students to use their best judgement in traveling. No refunds will be made for missed classes but you're welcome to take advantage of makeup opportunities.

If classes have to be cancelled:
1. We will post our closing annoucement to our twitter account: www.twitter.com/orangeeaselart
2. We will post our closing announcemnt to our private facebook group for families who are taking classes
3. We will send an email out to the class rosters that are affected by the cancellation. Keep in mind that these would be MASS emails so they might end up in spam/promotions folders. Always check social media before leaving!
If we are able, we will also update the voicemails at the studios. But, if we're closing, there's a good chance that our team can't make it into the buildings so please don't rely on that method of finding out information.
