Cancellation Policy - Summer 2025

We understand that plans can change, so we’ve outlined our cancellation policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all participants.

• All Registrations Are Final: We do not offer refunds or make-up sessions for missed classes or camps.
• Transfers: Registrations can be transferred to a different class or camp of the same value, provided we receive a minimum of 7 days’ notice and there is availability in the desired class. Transfers can also be made to another artist, as long as the participant is of the appropriate age for the class or camp.  Transfers must be requested in writing to [email protected].
• Waitlisted Classes: If a class or camp has a waitlist, we can assist in finding someone to take your spot. If we are successful, we will issue a full refund of the registration fees. However, if we cannot fill the spot, the registration fees will be forfeited.
