Cancellation Policy - Summer 2026
We understand that plans can change, so we’ve outlined our cancellation policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all participants.
- All Registrations Are Final: We do not offer refunds or make-up sessions for missed classes or camps.
- Transfers: Registrations can be transferred to a different class or camp of the same value, provided we receive a minimum of 7 days’ notice and there is availability in the desired class. Transfers can also be made to another artist, as long as the participant is of the appropriate age for the class or camp. Transfers must be requested in writing to [email protected].
- Waitlisted Classes: If a class or camp has a waitlist, we can assist in finding someone to take your spot. If we are successful, we will issue a full refund of the registration fees. However, if we cannot fill the spot, the registration fees will be forfeited.
- Class Minimums: Some classes and camps require a minimum number of enrolled artists in order to run. While meeting the minimum does not guarantee that a class will run, Orange Easel reserves the right to cancel a class or camp if minimum enrollment is not met. In the event that a class or camp is cancelled due to low enrollment, families will be notified by email no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled start date. All registration fees for cancelled classes or camps will be fully refunded and processed at that time.
