You're Invited: 2025 Studio Fall Party

Sunday October 19th, 4pm-6pm
BOTH LIBERTY & PLATTE WOODS STUDIOS

All October registered artists and their families are invited to join us in the studio for a celebration of the fall season. This event is FREE to regular weekly students and their families.  ​

Please RSVP by end-of-day on October 14th.

​This is not a drop-off party.  Parents, please stay with your kiddos and provide supervision.

B.Y.O.P. (Bring Your Own Pumpkin)

​If you want to decorate a pumpkin, make sure you bring one with you. We will have carving and decorating station set out.  Big ones. Small ones. Fake ones.  Any pumpkin.
Pumpkin decorating is completely optional.  You can still come to the event and enjoy the community without decorating a pumpkin.

​Orange Easel instructors are usually in costume.  However, we usually advise our kiddos to not wear their Halloween costumes to the fall party.  Simply because we'd hate to get acrylic paint on it!

We've got dinner covered!

​Orange Easel will provide hot dogs, chips, water bottles, and candy. Please RSVP so we can make sure to have enough food for everyone.

CHILI COOK-OFF 

• Families are invited to bring a pot / crock pot of chili to share in our cook-off.  
• Prizes for the chili cookoff winner is 50% off spring semester tuition.  We'll have one winner per studio, voted on by the people. 
• ​Due to space, we'll limit our chili cookout entries to the first 20.
• The studio will have bowls, spoons, and tasting cups, as well as crackers, shredded cheddar, and diced onions for toppings.
