I’m Allison, the owner of Orange Easel - a creative education studio I’ve grown from a single class in my basement into two brick-and-mortar locations, a full teaching team, and a wide range of classes, camps, and programs for artists of all ages.

Over the past 13 years, I’ve worn just about every hat—teacher, marketer, scheduler, bookkeeper, manager, problem-solver—and I know firsthand how complex creative businesses can be behind the scenes.

I bring that real-world experience into these coaching sessions, along with a collaborative, honest approach that meets you where you are. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all business advice—my goal is to help you build something that works for your life, energy, and values.

​How a Session Works

Sessions are booked by the hour and take place via Zoom. You’ll schedule your appointment directly through my Sawyer booking system, and once your session is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link.

​You’re welcome to send questions or context ahead of time if that’s helpful, but it’s not required—many clients come in with a general goal or challenge, and we shape the session together from there.

These sessions are designed to feel like a conversation between colleages, not a lecture or a rigid formula. We’ll focus on your goals, your constraints, and what makes sense for your business—thinking out loud, brainstorming, and problem-solving together. The goal isn’t to recreate my business, but to help you find clarity and confidence in building a version of your business that actually works for you, with practical next steps you can take right away.
