Our Booking Process

Step 1: Choose your party package.  
We have a BUNCH of different art parties.  From dinos to fairies and blacklight to fire.  We draw, paint, print, sculpt, and create.  Pick a package that is a good fit for your artist's interest, age, AND the size of your party.  If nothing fits perfect, we also offer CUSTOM ART PARTIES.

Step 2: Fill out the request form
This form can be found on the party package page; it's on the righthand side if you're on a desktop and at the bottom if you're on a mobile device.  Here's where you'll tell us your ideal date/time.  To peek at our calendar, click here.  Keep in mind, this calendar is updated daily manually by us as parties book so there might be a delay.

Step 3: Pay your deposit
After your request is reviewed, you'll receive a request (via email) to pay your deposit.  If we have any questions or issues with your request, you'll receive an email from us asking for clarification or proposing alternative date/times.  Once your deposit is paid, your party is officially booked!

Step 4: Party Party Party!
The Monday before your party, you'll get an email from us reminding you of our policies and requesting an updated headcount so we can be appropriately set-up and staffed.

On party day, all you have to do is show up and have a great time with your guests!

Step 5: Close your balance
On the Monday *following* your party, you'll get an email from us with a link to pay your remaining balance.
